BEST RESTAURANTS IN BUCKHEAD - ATLANTA
HIII GUYS!!!! I'm back!!
I promise I'm going to start doing more regular blog posts! Honestly, writing is not my strong suit but I love sharing my life and favorite things with you all, so it's definitely something I'm going to work on.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I Iove to eat. A lot. Not only do I love to eat, but once I find something I like, I stick to it. There are few things I love more than fine dining, and I'm lucky enough to have found my soulmate who also feels the same.
I thought this requested topic would be a perfect place to start. Any of these restaurants are great for date night, special occasions, visiting Atlanta, or if you’re just looking for a good meal and a good time. So without further adieu, here are my current favorite restaurants in Buckhead AND what to order!
Hal’s The Steakhouse
Drink: extra dirty martini (Beefeater) with blue cheese olives - my go to!
Apps: oysters (special), shrimp cocktail, escargot, blue cheese wedge
Main: filet
Sides: lobster mac and cheese (special), brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, mushrooms
Dessert: hot fudge chocolate cake with ice cream
Chops Lobster Bar
Drink: chops martini
Apps: chile glazed tiger shrimp, jumbo lump crab cake
Main: signature lobster tail (if you don’t like it fried get it steamed and cracked), filet or surf and turf, seafood trio
Sides: organic mushrooms, roasted garlic whipped potatoes, creamed spinach
Pricci
**Ask about their summer Tuscany menu!
Drink: cucumbertini
Apps: polpo in umido (octopus), Georgia goat cheese spread
Main: spaghettini, linguini frutti di mare, veal chop
La Grotta
Drink: ask waiter recommendation for a Super Tuscan wine
Apps: burrata di mozzarella Fresca, calamari with pesto
Main: truffle mushroom risotto (seasonal), sachetti pasta, veal parmesan or toscana
Dessert: panna cotta, pistachio gelato
Umi
**Get the chefs tasting menu if you can! Ask about it when you make a reservation
To share: yellowtail jalapeño, spicy tuna crispy rice, rock shrimp tempura,
assorted sashimi, lobster toban- yaki
St. Cecilia
Drink: leaving on a jet plane
Apps: yellowfin tuna, oysters, meat and cheese plate
Main: agnolotti, cacio e pepe, halibut or fish special
Sides: crispy punched potatoes, asparagus
The St. Regis Bar
Drink: cucumber gimlet, French 75, the famous Bloody Mary,
To share: Mediterranean dips, bar snacks

Drink: jalapeño margarita
Apps: deviled eggs, angry mussels, maplebrook burrata, oysters

Sides: mushrooms, collard greens, and potato dumplings
Dessert: Georgia peach cake
